In 2006, a few days after giving a presentation, I opened my mailbox and was pleased to see that I had received a Greeting Card. I open it and…. There I was-right on the cover engaged in my presentation! Inside was a beautiful message expressing how much they learned, appreciated & enjoyed this time I spent with the group. I was so flattered, so touched -it made my Day! I proudly placed the card on my shelf. Who were these kind, thoughtful people and HOW did they do that? I realized this is True Marketing Genius because I was STILL smiling!
One thing I knew for sure…..Making clients feel good about their experiences and customer service is directly related to increased business, more loyalty and more referrals. I felt like I hit the Jackpot and had to share this System with others! I see myself as a Connector and thrive on helping others grow their profits, referrals and client base.
My past business experience has been in corporate marketing. Shortly after graduating from the University of South Florida, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor degree in Business, I began my career in Apparel Manufacturing. My experience led me to work for a Uniform Manufacturer where I enjoyed 17 years ,13 of which I was the VP of Marketing.
My very special husband of 24 years is supportive, kind and very successful in the Tech Industry. We are extremely proud of our 2 children who have both just recently graduated college and are growing in their own chosen fields. They make me laugh and continue to surprise me in their special ways and teach me about life and love.
I love to travel, read, coach and learn. I am blessed and touched by the many relationships with my family, friends, business partners and clients who enrich my life everyday.
